Student Enrollment

Parents must present the following documents when registering a student:
  • Original birth certificate. 
  • The child’s immunization records.
  • Proof of residency:  Utility bill (electric/water)  prior to enrollment are needed unless the parent or legal guardian has legitimate proof that they are new residents of the district. If utility bill is not registered to parent/guardian name you will need a notarized affidavit (provided by the school).
  • Parent/Guardian ID
Legal guardians must present the following documents when registering students:
  • Original Birth Certificate.
  • The child’s immunization records.
  • A legal document from the court indicating that the guardian has legal custody of the child.  Notarized letters or other non-court ordered documents ARE NOT acceptable.
  • Utility bills (electric/water) prior to enrollment are needed unless the parent or legal guardian has legitimate proof that they are new residents of the district.       If utility bill  is not registered to parent/guardian name you will need a notarized affidavit (provided by the school).
  • Parent/Guardian ID.
