Master Teachers Position Description: A Master Teacher is an experimented teacher within a school system who provides weekly meetings designed around the teachers' and students' needs. Through collaborating with teachers, Master teachers also offer support and guidance by observing, modeling and planning lessons with the teachers. By working together, their common goal is to increase student achievement.
